Mouser and Solidigm have reached a new distribution agreement. The company now stocks the latest Solidigm products, including the SSD D5-P4326 series. Based on Intel QLC technology and PCIe performance, the series offers a variety of form factors and memory capacities, including THE U.2 and the first E1. Solidigm SSD DC P4610 series is provided for cloud storage architecture. The SSD DC P4511 family provides server agility and utilization, and accelerates applications on a variety of cloud workloads.

Filtronic PLC can now offer the Cerus series of high power E-band amplifiers and the high power range is now available in one, four and eight way amplifier versions. All amplifiers combine their GaAs HEMT PA MMICs in performance and power combinations matched in waveguides to maximize power output. Operating in the 71-76ghz and 81-86ghz bands, the amplifier provides excellent saturation power output levels up to +36dBm and higher, and provides 1dB gain compression points at +31dBm, with dimensions of only 40mm x 40mm x 47mm and weights of only 160g
Toshiba Electronics Europe Ltd. has added four N-channel superjunction 650V power MOSFET devices to expand its DTMOSVI family. All four new devices provide 650V drain-source voltage (VDSS) and up to 30A drain-source current (ID) capabilities.
Bosch Sensortec has released the BMP581, a pressure sensor with extremely low power consumption and high accuracy that provides altitude tracking in wearables, audibles or iot devices. The sensor can improve the flight stability and landing accuracy of drones, and help household appliances detect water levels to avoid flooding. The sensor provides excellent relative accuracy of +/-0.06hPa and typical absolute accuracy of +/-0.3hPa. Compared to the previous generation pressure sensor BMP390, it reduces current by 85%, noise by 80%, and TCO by 33%.
Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME) has announced two new products, starting with Sonoff TX touch switches. Touch switches are available in two different size formats (86mm × 86mm × 35mm or 120mm × 74mm × 38mm) and run from 100VAC to 240VAC power supplies.
