ECS 'ECS-3225MVQ series are HCMOS AEC-Q200 qualified surface mount oscillators in a 3.2mm x 2.5mm x 1.0mm ceramic industry standard package. These oscillators are multivolt capable and can operate across power supplies, compatible with + 1.8V, + 2.5V, + 3.0V, or + 3.3V. They offer standard stability of ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm and ±50 ppm in the automotive operating temperature range of -40ºC to 105ºC and standard industrial temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC.
