Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., has expanded its optoelectronics portfolio with the introduction of six new 850nm and 940nm high-power infrared emitters that provide best-in-class radiation intensity in a 3.4mm x 3.4mm surface mount package. The devices can be used for high drive currents up to 1.5ADC and 5A pulses in industrial and consumer applications.
