The PE64906 provides high RF power handling and durability while meeting the requirements of harmonic and linear pSemi's HaRP technical support. The device controls the compatible interface through the widely supported three wire (SPI). All decoding and biasing are integrated on-chip and no external bypass or filter components are required.
The DuNE equipment is characterized by ease of use and excellent RF performance, including tuning accuracy, monotonicity, tuning ratio, power handling, size and quality factor.
