Bel Fuse Corporation has expanded its product portfolio to include TET3600-48-104RA. These power supplies comply with international safety standards, display the ce mark of European LVD and are patent-pending. The 3.6-kW titanium high-efficiency AC/DC front-end power supply converts voltages up to 277VAC into adjustable (42-58VDC) main output for high-performance data center, networking, industrial and broadcast applications. The device provides 56W/in3 power density and titanium efficiency (97% at 50% load) in compact packages with sizes 104mm x 40mm x 256mm(4.09 "x 1.57" x 10.08 ").
The power supply uses resonant soft-switching technology and synchronous rectification to reduce component stress and provide industry-leading efficiency and increased system reliability. It also has a DC input voltage range of 240-380VDC. Active OR ing devices at the output do not provide reverse load current, making the power supply ideal for operation in redundant power systems. These hot-swappable power supplies can be in parallel with up to six units and have active digital current sharing. A steady on +12V 30W standby output is also provided.
The device provides system communication via the I2C/ Power Management Bus protocol or CAN, allowing full monitoring and limited control of power, current, voltage, power, and temperature. Multiple protections, including overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature, are standard, and the onboard black box captures faults as needed.
