The MAXM17532 and MAXM15462 power modules measure 2.6mm x 3.0mm x 1.5mm. Maxim's uSLIC power modules are available in ultra-small package sizes. By integrating Himalaya step-down regulators and integrated inductors with built-in FETs, compensation and other functions can reduce the supply voltage by 2.25 times. The combination of these components allows designers to use modules in small, space-constrained systems while meeting mechanical and EMI standards. Engineers can integrate existing power modules into almost the same space in the LDO. uSLIC DC-DC step-down stabilizers can operate in an input range of 4V to 42V, and support a variety of applications at nominal input voltages of 5V, 12V, 24V, and 36V, with reliable tolerances to meet today's demanding applications . They operate in a temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to +125 degrees Celsius.
