Texas Instruments' TPL0401x-10-Q1 device is a single-channel linear tapered digital potentiometer with 128 tap positions. It has an internal low end and is connected to GND. The position of the wiper can be adjusted using the I2C interface. The device is available in a six-lead SC70 package and is specified over the temperature range of –40C to + 125C.
The device has 10kohm end-to-end resistance and can operate from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. This product is widely used to set the reference voltage for low-power DDR3 memories.
