The TDK FS14 Microload Point (µPOL) DC-DC power module contains matching MOSFETs, drivers, and inductors in an Embedded substrate (SESUB) package with a single semiconductor. The on-chip pulse width modulation (PWM) controller and integrated MOSFET with built-in inductors and capacitors form an extremely compact and accurate voltage regulator.
The TDK μPOL technology comes in a 3.3mm x 3.3mm x 1.5mm package and provides 15W output power. Plug and play reduces design time, allowing engineers to develop system solutions while fine-tuning individual components. The TDK FS1406 µPOL DC-DC power module is ideally suited for high-power density applications where board space is limited and can supply power for 5W to 150W systems.
