The STSPIN233 device integrates a three-half-bridge low R(DS(ON)) power level in a small QFN 3 mm x 3 mm package. The device is designed to allow for a significant increase in battery life with standby power consumption of less than 80 nm. The device provides complete protection, including overcurrent, overheat and short circuit.
