Infineon Technologies inc. has launched a complete power management solution for computing servers based on Intel's Sapphire Rapids CPU. These products help realize the green potential of data centers. This new "take and put" solution uses a variety of the company's power management equipment and technologies to provide optimal power efficiency and performance, including XDP digital multiphase controllers, OptiMOS integrated power levels, and OptiMOS IPOL regulators.
Rakesh Renganathan, Marketing Director, Power and Sensor Systems Division at Inlon, said: "These power management solutions combine our software-defined digital controllers with state-of-the-art integrated power stages and POL converters to deliver outstanding energy efficiency and overall system performance. "By leveraging our cutting-edge technology, we offer our customers flexible system designs that maximize performance across a variety of workloads and system architectures. We are excited to bring this solution to market and further enable the world's Digitizing."
XDP Ultra-transient Phase XDPE152 series controllers are based on ultra-low-power Arm Cortex-M0 to achieve maximum flexibility and optimized performance in terms of workload and ultra-fast dynamic load response times. Software-defined architectures provide system designers with unique flexibility to optimize system performance across different system architectures and processor workloads. In addition, proprietary control algorithms provide ultra-fast responses by effectively managing pulse processor peak current and minimum output capacitance.
The TDA215xx series OptiMOS integrated power level utilizes the industry's best OptiMOS 6 technology to deliver superior efficiency (& GT; 95%) and reliability, significantly reducing system cooling and maintenance costs.
The OptiMOS IPOL TDA38640 converter provides optimal transient response when working with Intel's SVID and PMBus through the company's proprietary fast and constant on-time COT control engine and enhanced digital telemetry.
