The new plug-and-play Cosel STMGFS80 is the latest in the portfolio of component locally-isolated DC-DC converters. They offer high quality power solutions in industrial installation packages, making them ideal for transportation applications.
The device consists of a terminal bank, an output voltage potentiometer, an input filter, and additional capacitors that can be used at any time. This series of products comply with safety standards UL62368-1 and C-UL EN62368-1.
STMGFS15 and STMGFS30 are available in two versions, covering all industrial voltages from 9V to 76V.STMGFS8024 operates from 9VDC to 36VDC, including 12V and 24V systems; STMGFS8048 works from 18VDC to 76VDC, including 24V and 48V industrial systems. Four output voltages are available :3.3V/18A; 5 v / 16; 12 V / 6.7A, 15 V / 5.4A. The output voltage can be modified by a potentiometer included on the motherboard.
The new device has a typical efficiency of 92% and is optimized for convection cooling. The power supply can work in the ambient temperature range of -20C ~ +70C.
It can also be clipped to the DIN track chassis by obtaining the option (N2). The power module can be directly installed on the chassis of the customer's device by fixing the power module to the bottom plate through the two mounting holes.
The solution is also suitable for energy, industry and communications. It comes with a five-year warranty and complies with the European RoHS, REACH and low voltage directives.
