These devices operate at 180 A per amplifier, providing a gain bandwidth product of 1.8 MHz and a conversion rate of 2.1 V/s without the use of JFET device technology. Although the series can operate from a split power supply, it is particularly suitable for single power supply operation because the common-mode input voltage includes ground potential (VEE). Using the Darlington input stage, these devices exhibit high input resistance, low input bias voltage, and high gain.
Full NPN output stages feature dead-free cross distortion and large output voltage fluctuations, with high capacitive drive capability, good phase and gain margin, low open-loop high-frequency output impedance and symmetrical source /sink AC frequency response.
