Elesa offers a wide range of durable and reliable industrial magnets, now including new sizes in round and rectangular flat designs as well as application-specific cable fixed magnets. These add to an existing line of standard magnets available in different strains, styles, sizes and materials for a variety of permanent positioning and clamping requirements. Typically, they are used for closing doors, securing workpieces, positioning fixtures, or only for temporary paperwork.
This configuration provides maximum permanent power for even the smallest workpiece. Because the range includes flat holding magnets with steel enclosures, galvanized or painted, magnetic poles with sandwich construction, with brass or steel enclosures.
Different building materials (ferrite, aluminum-nickel-cobalt, ferroboroneodymium, cobalt-samarium) offer different attractive strengths, temperature resistance (e.g., up to 80℃ and 200℃), as well as corrosion resistance, operability and demagnetization possibilities.
These flat magnets are usually held in place with glue or flat-head screws. Other types include cylindrical magnets, unshielded magnets, horseshoe magnets and profile magnets, as well as accessories such as mounting bolts, flat-head screws and steel plates with or without tape.
