The MP1530 combines a three-output boost converter with a linear voltage regulator to provide a complete DC/DC solution. Available in a tiny 3x3mm, 16-pin QFN package or 16-pin TSSOP package. It is designed to provide 3.3V or 5V power for TFT LCD panels.

Typical application
The device integrates a 1.4MHz fixed-frequency boost converter with positive and negative linear regulators. The boost converter switch node drives two charge pumps that supply power to their respective linear regulators. Positive and negative linear voltage regulator inputs can withstand up to 38V and down to -20V, respectively.
Block diagram
A single on/off control can implement all 3 outputs. The output is sorted internally at startup for ease of use. Internal soft boot prevents input overload during startup. Cyclic current limiting can reduce element stress.
