The SCH322X Super I / O Series provides users with a portfolio of industrial and embedded applications. Each product in this series includes a different feature set, combining serial ports, parallel ports, and PS / 2 with flexible general-purpose input / output (GPIO) functions and world-class temperature and voltage monitoring capabilities, thereby Can design higher cost products, effective industrial applications. The SCH322X product family is available in an area-saving BGA package for the most compact circuit board design.
Designed to work with the x86 architecture, the SCH322X series includes six devices tailored for different applications. This series of devices provides some examples, including a varying number of serial ports, hardware monitoring, and the presence or absence of keyboard controller functions.
The SCH322X Super I / O series includes six different products: SCH3221, SCH3222, SCH3223, SCH3224, SCH3226 and SCH3227. This series is now available for sampling and mass production in 64-WFBGA (6mm x 6mm), 84-WFBGA (7mm x 7mm), 100-WFBGA (8mm x 8mm) and 144-WFBGA (9mm x 9mm) packages.
