Macom's MAMX-011021 is a high-linearity passive mixer "engine" in a 1.5mm x 1.2mm TDFN 6-lead plastic package.
The device is designed for more linear applications, such as high bit rate transmitters and receivers that can be used in point-to-point, satellite communications and LAN applications. The mixer has 8dB conversion loss and 23dBm input intercept point (IIP3).
