The AK8136A is a member of the AKM family of low-power multi-clock generators and comes in a 20-pin SSOP package. Designed for feature-rich digital TVS or set-top boxes that require a range of high performance system clocks. The AK8136A produces clocks of varying frequencies from a 27MHz crystal oscillator and provides up to four outputs through register Settings.
Pin Descriptions
The on-chip VCXO accepts voltage control inputs that allow the output clock to vary ±150ppm in order to synchronize with the external clock system. The VCXO and phase-locked loop circuits in the AK8136A are derived from AKM's long experience with clock device technology, enabling clock outputs to perform low jitter and operate at very low current consumption.
