ISSI's IS25LP (2.5V / 3V) and IS25WP (1.8V) series flash device families have AEC-Q100 support, and the family has succeeded by introducing the leading ISSI's IS25LQ (2.5V / 3V) and IS25WQ (1.8V) series Edge functions such as double data rate (DTR / DDR) interface mode, SFDP support and popular 2-cycle instruction input (QPI mode).
This product family offers read speeds up to 133MHz in single / dual / quad I / O and 66 MHz read speed in DTR / DDR mode, thus providing up to 532Mb / s (equivalent to 66 Mb / sec) Read throughput.
The 3V flash memory of the LP series currently offers 32Mb, 64Mb and 128Mb, while the density of the 1.8V flash memory of the WP series ranges from 2Mb to 128Mb. For lower densities, ISSI continues to provide bandwidth from 256Kb to 32Mbit in its IS25LQ (WQ) series.
Applications include automotive, industrial, medical, communications, networking, smart meters, FPGAs, digital cameras, printers, Bluetooth, and the Internet of Things. The company said the series is also ideal for code shadow, in-place (XIP) and data storage operations.
