Honeywell's ABP series pressure sensors provide industry-leading long-term stability. Piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors provide proportional analog or digital outputs to read pressures over a specified full-scale pressure range and temperature range. These components are suitable for many commercial, industrial and medical applications.
The ABP series sensors are fully calibrated and temperature compensated using on-board application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) to compensate for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and accuracy errors (including non-linearity, repeatability and hysteresis). The calibration output value of the pressure is updated to approximately 1 kHz in the analog quantity and approximately 2 kHz in the digital quantity.
This device has industry-leading long-term stability of ± 0.25% FSS and accuracy of ± 0.25% FSS BFSL. These devices benefit from ± 1.5% FSS total error band (TEB), high burst pressure, and wide pressure range (60mbar to 10bar 6kPa to 1MPa; 1psi to 150psi), and a small footprint.
The company said that the ABP series sensors are fully REACH and RoHS compliant and meet IPC / JEDEC J-STD-020D.1 humidity sensitivity level 1 requirements. They also offer sleep mode options, temperature output options, and liquid media options.
