Mouser provides complete SFM series digital flow meters, including sfm3003 and sfm3013 flow meters from senrion.
SFM3003 and SFM3013 meters are universal, two-way flowmeters with low pressure drops that provide a wide flow range of up to 300 standard liters per minute (SLM). These next-generation flowmeters provide a digital I²C interface and CMOSens patented technology that integrates thermal sensor components, signal processing and digital calibration on a single microchip for fast signal processing.
The series can also be used to measure flow rates of air, oxygen and air/oxygen mixtures. These digital mass flowmeters are based on the SFM3003 solution but provide strong overpressures (up to 1bar pressure gauge) and are calibrated for air, oxygen and air/oxygen mixtures. The series can also be used to calibrate helium mixtures.
Both instruments are excellent in a variety of medical and industrial applications, including ventilation, anesthesia, inhalers, spectroscopy and more. For development, mouser also has sek-sfm3003 and sek-sfm3013 evaluation kits, which work with SEK sensorbridge (sold separately) and provide flow sensors, connector cables and downloadable SEK controlcenter software.
