GTK has enhanced its PMVA display options by adding color film technology. These displays have the added advantage of superior contrast and operating in a wide temperature range from -30 ° C to 85 ° C. This custom film sits behind PMVA glass and allows for up to 12 colours, compared to colour printing, which allows up to four colours.
PMVA displays are essentially monochrome products, but technologies such as color printing, LED arrays and color films allow Oems to add color, resulting in very reliable and cost competitive products that can be quickly assembled into new designs.
