Lumileds LUXEON Automotive high power INFRARED leds are now available from Mouser. They are designed for application requirements and offer a variety of infrared wavelengths and optical radiation modes. It is the main optical efficiency and beam control for infrared emitters and engineering. The INFRARED led provides excellent thermal conductivity, resulting in improved performance under practical operating conditions.
Six launch modes can meet different application requirements, high impact, long range and high uniformity. The 3.7mm x 3.7mm package features a tri-pad configuration compatible with industry standard placeholder area for direct upgrades to existing designs. These leds provide an ultra-low Rth thermal conductivity of 1.6C/W, addressing the thermal challenge and supporting space-saving designs.
These leds are aEC-Q102 compliant and come in an industry standard package for easy integration and upgrading of existing system designs. They are available at 930nm and 950nm wavelengths, providing optimized performance for each type of application. It has a radiated power of 1400mW (930nm), enabling higher system performance.
